• And other Health Care workers who are members of Rotary, Inner Wheel or Rotaract

Membership Fee

Our Life membership fee is USD 125 and for one year the fee is USD 20. There are two ways of paying. By cheque in British Pound (£80 for Life membership or £12 for annual membership) payable to International Fellowship of Rotarian Physicians or through PayPal. Please submit a completed application form to PDG John Philip –you will receive via email, a PayPal invoice – please follow the instructions to pay through your credit card. It is simple.

1. Please open the file and save it. Then complete it and send it by email or post.
2. Follow instructions about membership fee on the form.
3. Enclose in envelope and address it as detailed on the form.
4. Include cheque, or if you elected to pay by PayPal we will send you a PayPal invoice by email.
